Director, AI Governance – Regulated Industries

About the Role

You will own industry-specific AI governance strategy for regulated sectors (financial services, healthcare, public sector). This is a customer-facing + domain leadership role, translating regulations into deployable governance controls inside our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI governance strategy aligned to EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and sector-specific regulations
• Define risk classification models (high-risk AI, prohibited use, etc.)
• Map regulatory obligations → product features (controls, guardrails, audit artifacts)
• Work with enterprise customers (CIO, CRO, Legal, Compliance) on governance rollout
• Create industry playbooks (BFSI, healthcare, insurance)
• Support pre-sales as a domain expert

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15+ years in risk, compliance, or AI governance
• Deep understanding of regulated industries
• Experience translating regulations into technical controls
• Strong executive presence (client-facing)

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow ecosystem
• Exposure to model risk management (MRM), AI audit
