About the Role
You will own industry-specific AI governance strategy for regulated sectors (financial services, healthcare, public sector). This is a customer-facing + domain leadership role, translating regulations into deployable governance controls inside our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Lead AI governance strategy aligned to EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and sector-specific regulations
- Define risk classification models (high-risk AI, prohibited use, etc.)
- Map regulatory obligations → product features (controls, guardrails, audit artifacts)
- Work with enterprise customers (CIO, CRO, Legal, Compliance) on governance rollout
- Create industry playbooks (BFSI, healthcare, insurance)
- Support pre-sales as a domain expert
What We’re Looking For
- 10–15+ years in risk, compliance, or AI governance
- Deep understanding of regulated industries
- Experience translating regulations into technical controls
- Strong executive presence (client-facing)
Nice to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow ecosystem
- Exposure to model risk management (MRM), AI audit
