About the Role
You will lead end-to-end implementation of our AI governance platform across enterprise customers—owning deployment, integration, and adoption.
What You’ll Do
- Lead implementation of governance platform across lifecycle:
- Use case intake → feasibility → risk classification → deployment → monitoring
- Integrate with enterprise systems (APIs, workflows, gateways)
- Configure policy engines, controls, and audit workflows
- Define governance operating model (RACI, approvals, escalation)
- Partner with engineering + product to close gaps
- Build implementation methodology and accelerators
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation (ideally governance, GRC, or AI)
- Strong systems integration experience (APIs, workflows)
- Experience delivering in complex enterprise environments
- Ability to translate business policy → system configuration
Nice to Have
- Background in ServiceNow or similar platforms
- AI gateways like PortKey, Lakera,Kong,Helicone
- Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle tooling
