Director, AI Governance Implementation

About the Role

You will lead end-to-end implementation of our AI governance platform across enterprise customers—owning deployment, integration, and adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Lead implementation of governance platform across lifecycle:
• Use case intake → feasibility → risk classification → deployment → monitoring
• Integrate with enterprise systems (APIs, workflows, gateways)
• Configure policy engines, controls, and audit workflows
• Define governance operating model (RACI, approvals, escalation)
• Partner with engineering + product to close gaps
• Build implementation methodology and accelerators

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation (ideally governance, GRC, or AI)
• Strong systems integration experience (APIs, workflows)
• Experience delivering in complex enterprise environments
• Ability to translate business policy → system configuration

Nice to Have

• Background in ServiceNow or similar platforms
• AI gateways like PortKey, Lakera,Kong,Helicone
• Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle tooling
