About the Role
You will own industry-specific AI governance strategy for regulated sectors (financial services, healthcare, public sector). This is a customer-facing + domain leadership role, translating regulations into deployable governance controls inside our platform.
What You'll Do
•Lead AI governance strategy aligned to EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and sector-specific regulations
•Define risk classification models (high-risk AI, prohibited use, etc.)
•Map regulatory obligations to product features (controls, guardrails, audit artifacts)
•Work with enterprise customers (CIO, CRO, Legal, Compliance) on governance rollout
•Create industry playbooks (BFSI, healthcare, insurance)
•Support pre-sales as a domain expert
What We're Looking For
•10–15+ years in risk, compliance, or AI governance
•Deep understanding of regulated industries
•Experience translating regulations into technical controls
•Strong executive presence (client-facing)
Nice to Have
•Experience with ServiceNow ecosystem
•Exposure to model risk management (MRM), AI audit
