About the Role
You will lead end-to-end implementation of our AI governance platform across enterprise customers — owning deployment, integration, and adoption.
What You'll Do
•Lead implementation of governance platform across lifecycle: use case intake → feasibility → risk classification → deployment → monitoring
•Integrate with enterprise systems (APIs, workflows, gateways)
•Configure policy engines, controls, and audit workflows
•Define governance operating model (RACI, approvals, escalation)
•Partner with engineering + product to close gaps
•Build implementation methodology and accelerators
What We're Looking For
•10+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation (ideally governance, GRC, or AI)
•Strong systems integration experience (APIs, workflows)
•Experience delivering in complex enterprise environments
•Ability to translate business policy into system configuration
Nice to Have
•Background in ServiceNow or similar platforms
•AI gateways like PortKey, Lakera, Kong, Helicone
•Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle tooling
