By using our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental terms provided to you (collectively, "Terms"). Please read carefully — they form your entire agreement with us.
Authority. You must be permitted to use the Services under applicable law. If using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Indemnity. If using the Services commercially or on behalf of an entity, you and that entity will hold harmless and indemnify AgentsFlow Corp from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Member Conduct. You agree not to: gain unauthorized access to our systems; post harmful, threatening, abusive or unlawful content; violate applicable laws; impersonate others; infringe intellectual property; post unsolicited commercial content; distribute malware; or interfere with the Services.
Export & Anti-Corruption. You agree to comply with applicable export control laws and anti-corruption laws in connection with your use of the Services.
Ownership. Using the Services grants no ownership of our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission, or reproduce, modify or commercially exploit the Services without our consent.
Software License. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our software and APIs solely to enjoy the benefit of the Services. Reverse engineering is prohibited unless permitted by law.
Support & Fees. Support, if provided, is at our discretion. We may charge fees for the Services with prior notice.
You must keep your account information current and accurate, and are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password confidential — we may notify you of changes via email, in-app messages or other reasonable means.
We respect the intellectual property of others and may disable or terminate accounts of users who infringe others' rights.
The Services are provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentsFlow entities are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from these Terms or your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services.
Any feedback you submit about our products or services may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
Fee-based Services are billed per the terms you agree to at registration. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the period ends. Charges are generally nonrefundable. We may change fees with 30 days' notice, and may suspend accounts delinquent more than 30 days. Billing disputes must be raised within 90 days.
These Terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights. We may modify these Terms from time to time, with notice of material changes. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms, including for internal restructuring such as a merger.
