AgentsFlow Corp. ("we", "us") provides an AI agent governance platform (the "Services") that helps enterprises discover, govern, enforce and monitor AI agents and AI-enabled applications across their organization. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, use, disclose, collect and safeguard Personal Information when you visit iagentsflow.com ("Site"), use our Services, or interact with us offline. By accessing the Site or Services, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
Our Services connect to a customer's cloud environments, SaaS applications, AI gateways, models and AI agents to inventory usage and enforce policy. In that context, we typically act as a data processor on behalf of our customers (the data controllers), governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement. This Policy separately covers Personal Information about our website visitors, prospects, customer contacts and job applicants, where we act as controller. It also includes additional disclosures required under California and EU data protection law.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Providing your Personal Information is voluntary, though we may be unable to process some requests, or provision your account, without it. Aggregated or deidentified data is generally not considered Personal Information under applicable law.
We collect Personal Information directly from you (e.g. through our "Contact Us" or assessment forms, or when you configure the Services), from your organization's use of the Services (as processor), and from other sources, including vendors, integration partners, references, affiliates, and tracking technologies.
We use Personal Information to provide, secure and improve the Services, operate AI agent discovery, policy enforcement and monitoring on behalf of our customers, communicate with you, administer job candidacy, conduct research and analytics, manage business operations, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and — with your consent — provide personalized marketing. We do not use customer AI/agent telemetry data to train any AI or machine learning models.
We do not sell, rent or lease your Personal Information to third parties. We may disclose it to: service providers (cloud infrastructure, storage, analytics), our AI gateway and integration partners strictly to operate the Services you or your organization configured, affiliated companies, parties in a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition), legal/governmental authorities as required, professional advisors (attorneys, auditors), and other parties with your consent. We may also disclose aggregated or deidentified data.
Our Site uses essential cookies (required for the Site to function), analytics and performance cookies (including Google Analytics), and advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect Site functionality. AgentsFlow does not currently recognize Do Not Track signals.
We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging of platform activity. Where our Services enforce guardrails or policies over customer AI systems, those controls operate on metadata and policy signals, not on the underlying content our customers' AI systems process, except where a customer explicitly configures deeper content-level inspection under its own agreement with us.
Our Site may link to third-party websites not affiliated with us. Separately, our Services are designed to govern AI systems run on infrastructure and models our customers choose and pay for directly (their own AI/LLM providers) — we are not responsible for those providers' privacy or data practices, and encourage you to review their policies.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your Personal Information; request data portability; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; know what is sold or shared and opt out (we do not sell Personal Information); limit processing of Sensitive Personal Information; withdraw consent; and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. If we process your data as a processor on behalf of one of our customers, please direct your request to that organization in the first instance.
We retain Personal Information, and platform/audit data processed on a customer's behalf, as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by a customer's own retention configuration and our agreement with them.
AgentsFlow does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so in error, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time; the latest version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
